🔊 Can I listen to my call recordings?
While you can't download or export call recordings from M1, you can always replay them directly in the app.
This makes it easy to review conversations whenever needed, without the risk of managing or misplacing audio files.
To listen to a recording:
Open your Inbox
Tap the conversation you're interested in
Find the Phone Call card in the thread
Tap the ▶️ play icon at the bottom of the card to replay the call
❌ Why downloading isn’t supported
We understand there are situations where downloading a call could be helpful. However, enabling downloads raises legal and privacy concerns - especially in countries with strict laws around surveillance and wiretapping. That's why we've chosen to keep recordings accessible only within M1 for now.
We’re continuously reviewing this policy and will keep users updated if it ever changes.
✅ What you can do instead
While full audio recordings can't be downloaded, you can still share or export your call summaries, which often contain all the key details:
Open the summary card for the call
Tap “Copy Link” or “Email” to share it
This is especially useful for follow-ups, collaboration, or record-keeping, without compromising privacy or compliance.
