FAQ
Can I invite teammates to a line?
Currently, inboxes created under the Multiple Lines plan are private and cannot be shared with others.
If you want to collaborate with teammates:
Use the Shared Line plan instead
It allows you to share your current line only with unlimited invited members
Everyone on the Shared Line can access the same messages, calls, and voicemail activity
Can I use Multiple Lines and Shared Line at the same time?
No. You can only subscribe to one plan at a time.
What happens if I switch from Shared Line to Multiple Lines?
Your subscription is credited toward the new plan - no double charges.
Any teammates you've invited will lose access.
You'll keep your existing inbox and can then add more lines.
π If you're using Shared Line for collaboration, we don't recommend switching to Multiple Lines unless you're managing things solo.
Will I lose data when upgrading to Multiple Lines?
No. Your existing messages, calls, and settings will remain intact.
Can I downgrade from Multiple Lines later?
Yes; you can switch back to a Single or to Shared Line plan anytime by going to Settings β Manage Plan in the app.
If you switch to Shared Line, your new subscription will take effect immediately, and you'll be able to share your inbox with teammates.
If you switch to Single Line, your current plan will stay active until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your additional inboxes are not deleted, but their settings and filters are hidden.
Here's what changes:
You'll lose access to inbox-specific settings and the ability to filter your view by inbox.
Conversations will still be accessible, but you won't see which inbox they belong to.
How much does the Multiple Lines plan cost?
The plan is billed through Apple and is priced at:
$49.99/month or $299.99/year for new users
π All billing and plan changes are handled via Apple. For more info, visit our pricing page here.
