How to switch plans
You can update your subscription anytime directly from the M1 app:
Open the M1 app
Go to Settings β Manage Plan
Tap Subscriptions to view your iPhone subscription settings
Tap See All Plans
Select the plan you want
π Currently, all subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Apple will automatically apply a prorated refund for any unused portion of your current subscription when upgrading.
What happens when I upgrade to Shared Line or Multiple Lines?
If you're currently subscribed to the Single Line plan and decide to upgrade to a Shared Line or Multiple Lines plan, Apple will automatically cancel your previous subscription and refund the unused portion of your Single Line plan.

Here are a couple of examples to make this clearer:
Example 1 - Monthly to MonthlyYou subscribed to Single Line Monthly for $29.99 on September 1. On September 15, you upgrade to Shared Line Monthly for $39.99.
Rough estimate of refund: Since the plan costs $29.99 per month and you used 15 out of 30 days, you'll be refunded roughly 50% of that amount - $29.99 Γ· 2 β $15.

Example 2 - Yearly to YearlyYou subscribed to Single Line Yearly for $199.99 on September 1. On November 1, you upgrade to Multiple Lines Yearly for $299.99.
Rough estimate of refund: Since the plan costs $199.99 for a year and you used 2 out of 12 months, here's how the refund breaks down:
