In short: yes, you can share your inbox and M1 number with your team.
Our Shared Line plan is designed to help you and your team collaborate seamlessly. It gives shared access to your entire inbox - including calls and messages - so everyone can stay aligned and manage communication efficiently.
How to upgrade to the Shared Line plan
Switching from the Single Line plan to the Shared Line plan is simple:
Open your M1 app
Go to the Settings tab
Tap Invite Members
Choose the Shared Line plan (available Monthly or Yearly)
📲 If you don't see "Invite Members" make sure your app is up to date.
ℹ️ When you switch from Single Line to Shared Line, Apple will charge you the full price for the new subscription. Don't worry - they'll automatically refund the unused portion of your Single Line subscription.
You won't have two active subscriptions at once, and you won't pay twice.
The Shared Line plan includes all the features from the Single Line plan, plus shared access.

How to invite your team to your inbox
After upgrading to the Shared Line plan, invite your collaborators:
In Settings, tap Invite Members to share your 6-digit invite code via text, email, or your preferred method
Your teammates download the M1 app from the link provided
From the Home screen, they tap Join a Team, enter the code, and follow the steps to connect
✅ Once joined, they'll have full access to your shared inbox.
ℹ️ You can invite unlimited members to your inbox
What can your teammates see
Your teammates will see everything that's visible in your M1 inbox - including call summaries, voicemails, voice memos, and text conversations.
As soon as they join your inbox, they'll have access to your entire M1 history, not just messages or calls received after they joined.
Only your saved contact list remains private. Even if you've allowed M1 to access your iPhone contacts, your teammates won't be able to see them. However, they will see phone numbers of people you've called or messaged through M1, to help with collaboration - without exposing your full contact list.
In short: everything visible in your M1 inbox is also visible to your team - except for your contact list.
⚠️ There's currently no way to hide specific messages or calls from your team
ℹ️ If you forward an external number to M1 (like your business number), only calls are redirected and logged in M1. Texts sent or received on that number - outside of M1 - will not appear in your inbox or be visible to your team.
