Follow these simple steps to update your VoiceMail Receptionist with your personal details:

• Spam filtering:

You can configure your Receptionist to exclusively answer missed calls from unsaved numbers, effectively filtering out spam while keeping control over calls from your contacts.

• Call recording & transcription:

Keep a record of your conversations or transcribe calls for future reference. Plus, you always have the option to stop recording during a call.

• Seamless communication:

If you prefer not to use the M1 number assigned to you at sign-up, simply enable call forwarding and caller ID. This allows you to use your own number while still benefiting from M1’s features.

Even for personal use, you must still comply with M1’s Terms of Service. This includes obtaining consent before recording calls and not using M1 for restricted content.
