β οΈ Turn off call forwarding
If you had Call Forwarding enabled, itβs essential to disable it after canceling your subscription or deleting the app.
Otherwise, calls may continue to forward to your M1 number - even if the app is no longer installed - which could lead to missed or undelivered calls.
Due to carrier restrictions, we're not able to disable call forwarding on your behalf, but you can do it easily in your iPhone settings.
