π Important: M1 currently supports Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar.
βοΈ Options available
When granting calendar access, you can allow M1 to:
Check availability (to avoid conflicts).
Schedule events (AI will add meetings to your calendar).
π Updating permissions
If you need to change permissions later, go back to:
βM1 app β Settings β Voicemail Receptionist β Calendar Scheduling.
π² Remember to restart the M1 app after changing permissions for the new settings to take effect.
Important Notes on Permissions
Connecting your calendar: M1 uses a secure OAuth sign-in to connect your Google or Outlook calendar. Permissions are managed through your provider (Google/Outlook), not iOS Settings.
Destination calendar: You can select a specific calendar where meetings will be booked.
Preferred hours: Define which days and times your receptionist can schedule meetings.
Restart the app: If permissions donβt seem to apply after connection, restart M1 to refresh settings.
Privacy: M1 only checks availability and books events in your calendar. It does not share or expose personal calendar data.
