How do I enable Business Hours in M1?

A quick guide to setting your availability for calls and messages in the M1 app with our new Business Hours feature.

The new Business Hours feature lets you control your availability by setting specific hours for calls and notifications. When Business Hours are enabled:

  • Incoming calls: Calls outside your set hours are automatically forwarded to your Voicemail Receptionist.

  • Notifications: Alerts are paused during off-hours so you won’t be interrupted.

  • Professional availability: Your schedule remains consistent, ensuring you maintain a professional presence.


How to Enable Business Hours

Follow these simple steps to set your preferred schedule:

1. Open the M1 App: Launch the app on your device.

2. Access Settings: tap the Settings icon located at the bottom right of the home screen.

3. Navigate to Notifications: Scroll to the Notifications section in Settings.

4. Enable Business Hours: Tap Business Hours and customize your schedule according to your availability.
