If you’re experiencing failed calls with M1, it may be due to one of the following reasons. Here’s how to troubleshoot and fix the issue:

1️⃣ T-Mobile to T-Mobile Calls Fail

Issue: Calls may fail if:

• You are forwarding a T-Mobile number to M1

• and you have Caller ID enabled in M1

• and are calling another T-Mobile number

👉 Solution: Disable Caller ID in M1 settings before making the call. ✅

2️⃣ International calls are not supported

Issue: M1 currently supports calls only to U.S. and Canadian numbers. If you’re trying to call a number outside these regions, your call will fail.

👉 Solution:

• If you need to make international calls, use your personal carrier’s international calling plan.

• You can still receive international calls if the caller is dialing your M1 number. ✅

3️⃣ Call Forwarding Conflicts

Issue: If Call Forwarding is misconfigured, incoming calls may not go through.

Solution:

Disable & re-enable Call Forwarding.

• Follow our Call Forwarding Setup Guide. ✅

4️⃣ Poor Internet Connection

Issue: M1 relies on Wi-Fi or mobile data for calls. If your connection is weak, calls may fail.

Solution:

• Ensure you’re connected to a strong, stable internet connection.

• Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

• Lastly, try switching to your cellular network. While on a call:

  • tap the 🛜 icon in the top right corner of the screen.

  • choose “Call with Cellular network.”

  • If needed, tap “Hang up & call with cellular.”
