At this time, call recordings cannot be downloaded or exported out of M1. Unfortunately, enabling downloads for recordings presents legal implications—such as surveillance and wiretapping concerns—since the recordings would then become easily distributable.
We understand that there is value in being able to download recordings in some cases, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured, we are continuously reviewing our policies and will let you know if circumstances change and this feature becomes available in the future.

While you cannot download the full call recordings, you can export and share call summaries. To do this, simply open the summary card for the call and tap “Copy Link” or “Email”.
