How to block a contact
You can block contacts directly from a conversation. First, navigate to the Inbox tab, then:
Option 1:
Long press on the conversation you want to block, then tap Block Contact.
Option 2:
Open the conversation, tap the contact’s name or number at the top of the screen, and then tap Block.
What you can't do:
Blocking from the Contacts tab
You cannot block contacts directly from the Contacts tab in M1. The Contacts tab displays your phone’s native contacts, and any changes to those must be made in your iPhone’s native Contacts app.
Blocking other M1 users
At the moment, you cannot block other M1 users directly from the app.
What happens when you block someone?
You will no longer receive calls, voicemails, or messages from contacts you have blocked in M1.

How to view your blocked contacts
You can easily review your blocked list:
Open the M1 app.
Go to the Settings tab.
Scroll down to the Customize section.
Tap Blocked Contacts to view or manage your list.
Blocked contacts will appear there, and you can unblock them at any time if needed.
