Changing your Receptionist’s voice in the M1 app is simple. We offer 10 voice options, and you can preview each before selecting the one that best suits your needs. Follow these steps to set it up:
1. Open the M1 App and Access Settings
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
2. Enable AI Receptionist
In the Settings menu, select AI Receptionist
Slide the toggle to the right to turn it on.
3. Choose a Voice
Browse through the available voice options and preview each one.
Select the voice that best suits your needs.
